The Oracle can channel the power of his Blood into the Tarot card draw. At the first level, you can only draw one card and it can only be used for the Domain of Divination.
Divination : The power manifests itself as a vision, with the GM revealing information about upcoming events or the scenario in relation to one or more higher-level cards at his discretion. This ability cannot be used in combat. Once you have used this ability, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again, or spend a point of Blood Magic.
