By channeling the unleashed power of the Fool's Tarot card, you cause a burst of madness to explode in the targeted area. All creatures within a 6-meter radius must pass a Wisdom saving throw or be affected by the madness. Creatures so affected suffer the following effects:

- They have a disadvantage on attack and saving throws.
- They move unpredictably, reducing their speed by half.
- They must make a Wisdom saving throw each turn. If they fail, they use their action to perform a random action determined by the game master.

Creatures can repeat their saving throw at the end of each turn to end the madness effect.
